How to Use the Caviar Maker Box:
- Prepare the Mixture: Add the desired caviar mixture to the caviar maker tray. Ensure a minimum of 90 ml to avoid breaking a vacuum when aspirated.
- Assemble the Caviar Maker: Place the top section of the caviar maker over the tray containing the caviar mix. The tips of the 96 holes should be immersed in the mixture.
- Prepare the Syringe: Back off the syringe plunger to 5ml to create an air space for an extra push at the end of the dispensing cycle. Attach the flexible tube to the caviar maker fitting.
- Aspirate the Mixture: Aspirate the syringe plunger to the 30ml mark on the barrel in a slow and steady motion.
- Dispense the Caviar: Lift the caviar maker from the tray and hold it about 3 inches above the calcium bath. Slowly press the syringe plunger from 30ml to 0ml to dispense the caviar spheres into the bath.
- Rinse and Serve: Wait a minute, then pick up the caviar from the calcium bath with the caviar spoon. Rinse them in a clean water bath and serve immediately.
